MEMS Oscillators
IQD’s Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) oscillators are silicon based alternative to traditional quartz based oscillators. They offer low susceptibility to shock and vibration compared to quartz based products and are primarily intended for high volume applications in automotive and consumer markets. Our range of MEMS Oscillators includes both standard Clock and Voltage Controlled versions (VCMOs). One of the big advantages of MEMS oscillators is their very short production lead-times; they also offer a viable alternative to programmable crystal oscillators in some applications. Our range includes:
- Range of SMD package sizes down to 2.5 x 2mm
- Frequencies from 1 to 800MHz
- Supply voltages from 1.8 to 3.3V
- CMOS, LVDS & LVPECL output compatibility
- Frequency Stabilities down to ±10ppm
- Operating temperature ranges up to -40 to 85°C
- Short lead times
